Stein Yeshiva’s daycare program is divided into 3 groups: infants 6 weeks and pre-walkers; walkers to 20 months; and the Toddler Twos, must be 2 by December 1st of the year enrolling. All placement decisions are guided by the child’s social, emotional, and physical development so that each child can gain the maximum benefit from their daycare experience at Stein Yeshiva.

Stein Yeshiva’s daycare program provides a caring, healthy, safe, and welcoming environment where your child will grow and thrive with the individualized attention necessary for his/her development.  Stein Yeshiva’s daycare staff is focused daily on keeping your child happy, engaged, and secure.  We develop a personal care plan for each infant based on his/her unique schedule, nutritional and health guidelines, and any other special attention he/she requires. Our program is more than just daycare. At Stein Yeshiva, your baby will experience an environment that invites exploration, celebrates each milestone, and supports his/her exciting progression through babyhood.

Each infant program is designed for babies to:

• Make sense of the world by exploring a rich, sensory, Torah-infused environment.
• Discover and develop a sense of gross motor skills in a soft, safe surrounding – to roll over and pull up, to creep and crawl, and to step out into the world
• Learn to communicate, surrounded by age-appropriate language, rhythms, finger plays, pre-davening, singing, reading, and lots of smiles and hugs.
• Discover how things work with learning experiences that spark and satisfy natural curiosity.

At the end of the day, parents are informed of the day’s events from bottles/food/diaper changes to nap times, as well as songs sung and other stimulating activities.  The daycare staff loves to share your child’s experiences with you.  Regular phone calls, conferences, and e-mails are all part of this important partnership.

Toddler Twos: (This section is under construction)

Stein Yeshiva’s licensed daycare program offers the comforts of home and the stability of a daycare center – all in a kosher Torah environment.

Daycare Hours

Daycare hours follow the yeshiva’s schedule with early and aftercare available every day of the week.
Yeshiva schedule: Monday- Thursday 8:20 to 4 PM, Friday 8:20 to 12:30
Early Birds and Night Owls: As early as 7 AM and as late as 6:30 Monday-Thursday. Friday aftercare varies depending on the time of Shabbos. The yeshiva makes every effort to accommodate busy schedules.
